Dear citizens!
As part of a city walk, the Old Town, which has been designated as a redevelopment area since 2018, will be examined for its potential and weaknesses. Ideas, concerns and needs will be recorded and initial approaches to solutions will be collected. The planners, who are currently in the phase of surveying the existing situation and determining the basics, want to hear what the citizens see as the weaknesses of the old town, its streets and squares, but are especially looking forward to suggestions and ideas for the further development of the old town.
Afterwards, we would like to deepen the insights gained from the walk with you at our planned World Café. You will receive further information on this in the coming weeks.
For the city walk we will meet on Saturday, 16th of September 2022 at 4 pm at the square in front of the Old Synagogue.
The planned route runs along the main axes, such as Schrannenstrasse and Kaiserstrasse, as well as the central squares and shopping areas. We will also take in the Schwalbenhof, the Königsplatz and the Brückenkopf, where we will finally say goodbye.
